The second round finally got underway at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, but it was short-lived. A dangerous situation eventually led to a final suspension of play at 5:06 p.m. The second round will resume on Saturday, with players back in position at 8:00 a.m., while those players who had regularly-scheduled Friday afternoon tee times will begin their second round at 10:00 a.m. At the time of the suspension, Marc Turnesa -- who had just made the turn with a 4-under par total on the front nine at the Miccosukee Golf & Country Club -- held the tournament lead at 8-under-par.
