One more week to go: Tracking 'THE 25'

Nationwide Tour players who are in the middle of "THE 25" competition will compete in the Nationwide Tour Championship at TPC Craig Ranch this week. The Tour's top-60 money winners roll into Dallas for the season-ending $1 million Nationwide Tour Championship at TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas.

D.A. Points' dramatic win (holed wedge on 72nd hole) in the Miccosukee Championship vaulted him from 40th to 15th in the standings, which locked up his TOUR card for next year. Playoff runner-up Matt Bettencourt did the same, improving 10 spots to No. 12. Oklahoma's Chris Tidland enters the Nationwide Tour Championship as the man on the bubble at No. 25, only $469 ahead of Hunter Haas. Justin Hicks dropped out of the top 30 (from 29th to 31st) for the first time since winning the Ford Wayne Gretzky Classic in June.

As the last full-field event of the year -- the Miccosukee Championship -- finalized who made the top 60, three players played their way in, Gavin Coles (68th to 50th), Chad Ginn (62nd to 53rd) and Chris Nallen (72nd to 59th), at the expense of David Hearn (60th to 64th), Cameron Percy (57th to 62nd) and Henrik Bjornstad (56th to 61st). Joe Daley edged Bjornstad for the 60th spot by $109. Those who finish the season between 26 and 60 on the final money list are fully exempt on the Nationwide Tour in 2009.
