Steve Lowery was equal or better than the field in key statistical measures this weekend, prevailing in a playoff with the 11th-ranked player in the world to win the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am. He particularly excelled in putting and holes played under par. Lowery needed only 108 total putts for the event, and made birdie or better 31 percent of the time.
