Zach Johnson got his fourth PGA TOUR win last weekend at the Valero Texas Open. Johnson was remarkable in his final two rounds, firing a 62 on Saturday and a 64 on Sunday -- just enough to hold off outstanding rounds of 61 from Charlie Wi and Steve Elkington and a 62 from Stephen Ames.
This was an important victory for Johnson. He started the week at 125th on the money list with one top-10 finish in 2008 and no victories in 17 months. The win moved him up to 55th on the money list, but more importantly, back into the winners' circle.
