Blaine McCallister, Tom Byrum, John Merrick
Tee time: 10:23 a.m.
Tee: No. 1
Total TOUR wins: 6
Why you should watch: Of the five players either leading or within two shots of the lead, Merrick is the only one who had an afternoon tee time on Thursday. It will be interesting to see what he does with a more advantageous early tee time on Friday. Remember, he tied for sixth at the U.S. Open back in June. McCallister, splitting time between the PGA TOUR and the Champions Tour, will be trying to make his first cut on either tour all season. Byrum, like McCallister, is at 3 over following a 75 on Thursday. He sits 219th in FedExCup points, so he needs a strong finish if he hopes to make the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup.

Jimmy Walker, Scott Sterling, Michelle Wie
Tee time: 11:55 a.m.
Tee: No. 1
Total TOUR wins: 0
Why you should watch: Wie has herself in a position where she could make her first PGA TOUR cut in eight tries. She sits at 1 over following an opening-round 73 which featured a pair of birdies. Walker will start Friday one shot better than that after an even-par round despite a double-bogey six on the 14th. Sterling, looking to make his 11th cut in 20 TOUR tries, is at even par as well.

Jeff Overton, Kent Jones, Steve Allan
Tee time: 3 p.m.
Tee: No. 10
Total TOUR wins: 0
Why you should watch:Overton recorded a 7-under 65 to take a two-stroke lead over Harrison Frazar, Brian Davis, Marco Dawson and Merrick after the first round. It represents the first 18-hole lead of his career, so it'll be interesting to see how he holds up. He held a share of the 36-hole lead and then solo possession of the 54-hole at the 2007 Wyndham Championship before finishing runner-up to Brandt Snedeker by two strokes. He's also in desperate need of a strong finish, as he is currently 135th in the FedExCup standings.
