Paul Casey leads the PGA TOUR in FedExCup points per start in 2009.

• Including the Shell Houston Open, this will be the forth event in Texas this season and the winners of the first three -- Paul Casey (Shell Houston Open), Zach Johnson (Valero Texas Open), and Rory Sabbatini (HP Byron Nelson Championship) -- all rank in the top 10 of the FedExCup standings.

• Four players could pass Johnson at the top of the standings with a victory, including last week's winner -- Sabbatini -- who moved from 29th to seventh in the standings.

• Sean O'Hair and Geoff Ogilvy have a chance to move to the top of the standings with a solo third place finish.

• Steve Stricker is the only player in the top 10 who has not won an event in 2009.

• There are only 29 players averaging at least 50 points per start, including eight players averaging over 100 points per start.
