CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Phil Mickelson is the latest player to commit to the Quail Hollow Championship. The tournament is still waiting on Tiger Woods.

Mickelson and Trevor Immelman announced on Tuesday that they'll compete at the Charlotte PGA TOUR event from April 30 through May 3. The field features nine of the top 14 in the Official World Golf Rankings.

Woods has until Friday to make a decision and traditionally waits until the last day. He last competed in Charlotte in 2007 and won the tournament.

The field also includes Sergio Garcia, Padraig Harrington, Vijay Singh, Camillo Villegas, Robert Karlsson, Steve Stricker, defending champion Anthony Kim and Jim Furyk.

Masters champion Angel Cabrera has also committed to play.
