The Quail Hollow Championship takes place at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, N.C. Here's how the PGATOUR.COM experts sized up the top contenders:

SLEEPER PICKS
How it works: Our 10 experts from PGATOUR.COM select any player who isn't ranked in the top 20 of the FedExCup rankings, the top 30 of the Official World Golf Ranking and hasn't won that season. By using a draft process, no two picks can be the same.

ROD PAMPLING. He has a successful history at Quail Hollow. Coming off a good week in New Orleans, look for him to contend again this week in Charlotte.
Helen
Ross
DAVID TOMS. Toms won this tournament in 2003 when he made his debut at Quail Hollow. He played well with the weight of high expectations at "home" last week in New Orleans, too, so he's got my sleeper vote for the second week in a row.
Brian
Wacker
TREVOR IMMELMAN. Last year's Masters champ didn't get his game going until this year's Masters, and though he tied for 20th in Hilton Head, he showed promise with an opening 66. He also tied for 14th at Quail Hollow two years ago and lost in a playoff in '06.
Mike
McAllister
IAN POULTER. I picked him last week as my sleeper, and I don't see any reason to jump off his bandwagon now after a T13 in New Orleans. He has four top 20s in five starts this year and seems on the verge of his first PGA TOUR win.
Mark
Spoor
NICHOLAS THOMPSON. Again, going with consistency here. After missing five of six cuts earlier this season, Thompson has made three in a row, including an 11th-place run in Houston and a 24th last week in New Orleans.
Ceri
Mobley
BEN CURTIS. He's not having an awesome year, but he's only missed one cut, and since he came in second to Anthony Kim last year, he's a solid sleeper pick at Quail Hollow. I will be sad not to see him rocking the Panthers gear this week, however.
Ryan
Smithson
BOO WEEKLEY. I am pretty pleased with myself because no one else figured out that Boo qualified as a sleeper. It went right over Spoor's rather large head.
T.J.
Auclair
STEVE MARINO. He's quickly becoming one of the best players never to have won on TOUR. Marino has six top-25 finishes in 2009, highlighted by a tie for fifth last week in New Orleans, and has finished no worse than T19 in his last three starts.
Lauren
Deason
JOHNSON WAGNER. Wagner makes his home in Charlotte, and, though he's been inconsistent this season and hasn't played well at the Quail Hollow Championship, maybe familiar surroundings will help him earn his second TOUR win.
John
Swantek
TODD HAMILTON. Highly motivated in the final year of his five-year exemption, Hamilton has looked in recent weeks like the guy who won the Open Championship in '04 .

LAST WEEK: Helen Ross continued her domination of the sleeper picks with a tie for fifth from David Toms. Each week, we'll update the standings based on the FedExCup points accumulated by the players selected by our experts. Here's how it stands after Week 15:
