| PGATOUR.COM will have expert picks and sleepers for each Champions Tour event this year. Champions Tour producer Lauren Deason will pick each week, as will former PGA TOUR and Champions Tour winner Joe Inman. Inman captured one title on the PGA TOUR at the 1976 Kemper Open, and won the SBC Senior Classic three consecutive times on the Champions Tour. Inman and Deason will each choose one player they consider a favorite that week and a sleeper pick (a player who is not in the top 20 in the Charles Schwab Cup standings). Here are their selections for this week's Allianz Championship. |

| Inman's picks | Deason's picks |
Winner: Bernhard Langer. I'm going way out on a limb and picking a complete unknown, Bernhard Langer. He lives about five minutes from the course, just won in Hawaii two weeks ago and is the reigning Player of the Year.
|
Winner: Jay Haas. The words Haas and winning have become so synonymous that it's hard to believe that he could be winless in anything. But, in 112 starts, he's never won in Florida. And he's not just a sentimental favorite -- Haas was second at this event in '07. |
| Sleeper: Dan Forsman. For a dark horse, I'm picking Dan Forsman. He's a youngster for our Tour and ready to break through. Dan tied for eighth in his most recent Champions Tour start at the end of last season. |
Sleeper: Nick Price. Yes, I really did pick a three-time major winner as a sleeper. This might be the only time all season that he's not inside the top 20 in the Charles Schwab Cup standings, though, and he's ready to notch his first Champions Tour win. |
