CHAMPIONS TOUR • Jay Haas has now won three consecutive Champions Tour starts -- making him the second player this season to do so. Loren Roberts won the first three events of the season. Haas will be in action on the PGA TOUR this week, competing at the Memorial Tournament. • Dana Quigley, the 2005 Champions Tour Player of the Year, has struggled with health issues this season, but looked to be close to his old form this past week when he finished fourth at the Senior PGA Championship. It was his first top-10 of the season after posting 15 last year. •Loren Roberts now has 14 top-10 finishes in his first 15 career starts on the Champions Tour. His lone miss wasn’t by much — he tied for 11th at the 2005 Wal-Mart First Tee Open at Pebble Beach. •Rookie Tommy Nakajima of Japan must find something pleasing about Oklahoma. He finished in a Champions Tour career-best sixth at last week’s Senior PGA Championship at Oak Tree after finishing third at the same course at the 1988 PGA Championship.
