VOLUNTEER & SPECTATOR INFORMATION

NO cell phones, PDA's, food, coolers, ladders, signs, banners, radios, televisions, firearms or explosive devices of any kind will be permitted on the grounds. All pagers must be on vibrating. No cameras or camcorders are allowed during Championship rounds, March 20 - 23, 2008. No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto or taken from the grounds of the Championship. For security purposes, you hereby consent to the reasonable inspection of your person and property before entering the Championship.

TIPS FOR VOLUNTEERS & SPECTATORS

Please do not ask for autographs prior to or during competition. Please stay behind the gallery ropes and cooperate with the marshal's direction. Please remain quiet and still throughout each shot until all players in the group have played. Please watch your step and walk carefully. Running is prohibited on the golf course.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Observe the leader boards throughout the golf course for "Weather Warning" signs that will appear if the Championship becomes aware of inclement weather moving into the area. Should this warning appear, spectators are advised to take precautions and seek shelter prior to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, put down your umbrella and seek shelter immediately. Avoid the following: bleachers, tall trees or isolated trees, high places, open fields, golf carts, bodies of water and metal or wire fences. Please tune to local news stations and media outlets for updates on possible delays.
