The Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Health Foundation raises funds for capital needs of the hospital, supports many community-hospital partnerships, and fosters volunteerism and positive community awareness of the hospital. They bring together caring professionals and citizens of the Santa Clarita Valley community to help make a difference in local health care.

The Los Angeles County Junior Golf Program exists to provide today's youth with an opportunity to experience the game of a lifetime. The staff is committed to creating and maintaining a free golf program geared to introducing youngsters to all 17 County golf facilities as well as to exposing them to valuable life skills such as integrity, honor, dedication and commitment.

Since\its inception in June 2002, the Junior Golf Program has provided equipment and instruction to over 900 participating juniors. Additionally, the program has traveled to twelve different golf courses, offering free weeklong lessons. Twenty weeks of programming and over 450 hours of instruction have been provided.
