Best vantage points
Public bleachers are located at the driving range, #1 tee, #9, #11, #15, #17 and #18 greens. The bleachers on #9 offer spectators a spectacular view of a great par 3 over water. The layout of the course offers multiple viewing areas on most holes.

Fan Expo
Spectators should stop by the Fan Expo area to pick up some great items from our sponsors. The Fan Expo area is a great way for spectators to learn about all the great products and services our sponsors offer.

First Aid Locations
Medical Headquarters is located in the Pelham Room in the banquet section of the hotel. Two remote medical locations can be found by hole #9 and #15 green. The facilities are staffed by doctors and nurses from St. Vincent's Hospital. IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY WHILE ON THE GOLF COURSE, NOTIFY A MARSHAL ON ANY HOLE.

Spectator Guidelines
Spectators are encouraged to be considerate of those standing behind them and kneel or sit whenever possible to allow for better viewing. Spectators should be silent throughout each shot and not move until the entire group has played or holed out.

Alcohol Policy
No alcoholic beverages may be served or sold, or permitted to be served or sold, to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) years.

Handicap Policy
Handicap accessible viewing is located next to the bleachers on hole 18. Handicap accessible restrooms are located throughout the course.

Weather Warning and Suspension of Play
The tournament will have meteorology staff on-site monitoring the possibility of inclement weather.  If inclement weather is approaching, a "Weather Warning" notification will be posted on all electronic scoreboards throughout the course.  When this message appears, spectators are advised to take immediate precaution such as evacuating bleachers, skyboxes and hospitality tents as well as open areas, hilltops, isolated trees, golf carts and wire fences. If play is suspended, indicated by one prolonged air-horn blast, please close your umbrella and seek shelter immediately. Suspension of play means that there is a delay in play, not necessarily a cancellation.

Merchandise Shop
Stop by the Merchandise Shop located across from the practice putting green to get your official tournament merchandise. Items for sale includes caps, golf shirts, jackets and t-shirts, golf balls, towels and more. Use your Regions debit or credit card to receive 10% off your total purchase. Other acceptable forms of payment include U.S. dollars, traveler's checks, American Express, MasterCard and VISA.
